Quail Hill Apartment Homes

I have been in the Quail Hill community for a few years now and it is top notch. Trust me. When you go outside the area and look for a high quality place and staff. Its difficult. This place is a hidden gem. The area is amazing. Its clean and resort style. The leasing office is truly the best. Katie and Anastasia are always helpful and professional. I highly recommend checking this place out.

I have been living in this community since 2017 and I love it. First of all the grate access to 405, 5 and 133 Shopping centers within 2 minutes of walking and also great staff at the leasing office. Recently I have the carpet issue and they helped me to replace it. Highly recommend to everyone

My residence here has been terrible. The floors and ceilings are paper thin and amplify all sounds like a drum. I can hear my neighbors walking, talking, yelling, their toddler running and crying, music, tv, laptop typing, kitchen cabinets being closed, chopping/cutting while cooking, laundry machines, dishwasher, and snoring all too clearly. I can even hear the sound of my upstairs neighbors using the toilet usage from my bed (the parts prior to flushing)! There must be minimal insulation between floors. This has been miserable as management can and will do nothing but maybe remind the neighbors to be more considerate which has resulted in zero changes. Aside from this major building flaw, the outdoor hallways are dirty as they are never washed. They only receive a leafblown "cleaning" every so often which does not removed the spit and gum stains or embedded dirt. There are a few good things at Quail Hill. The walls are very well insulted from noise and the fix it requests are quick and easy. The plants and grass areas are well kept as are the fitness and pool areas. Management and staff are polite even if they aren't able to provide me with any realistic solutions to my ongoing issue. It's not their fault these buildings are cheaply constructed. The location of the complex is lovely as you have your own private section of Irvine. As a whole, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone that can hear unless you can get a top floor apartment and you don't mind the sound of your own footsteps. I feel sorry for the people that moving into my unit after I leave.

Been a resident of Quail Hill Apartments for a couple years now and Irvine Company for over a decade, for good reason. A wonderfully maintained community with great service from leasing office and maintenance staff. Overall the community vibe is quiet and friendly. Yes, the price may be out of budget for some, but for us it's worth it. All of the leasing office staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful, but in particular Jasmine is always so kind to me and a consummate professional! You can do almost anything on the convenient online portal: pay rent, schedule a maintenance appointment, apply for a temporary parking permit for guests or if you forget to park in the garage, etc. For amenities, there are 2 gyms and 3 pools, all well-maintained and clean. Our unit has thick walls so we never hear our next-door neighbors.
