Kalka Plumbing Heating & Air

I feel compelled to write a review about the service I received from Zach the Plumbing Technician. We had a big plumbing issue in our office. It required service that there was no way it could be completed in just one day. HOWEVER, Zach got on the phone and called every parts provider he knew, and magically he was able to acquire everything he needed to fix the problem same day. Also a great guy in general with a great personality. He really worked his butt off when he easily could've kicked the can down the road. It might just be me, but I'm finding it rare to get someone that does their job to the fullest these days.

Ryan and the team at Kalka have been taking care of my heating and cooling systems for over 20 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable, and just nice people! I have special health issues that require me to have as close to a particle free environment. They designed a system for me that was cost effective and energy efficient. They are my team for life!

Zach was on time, entered with booties on feet and determined what was going on with our shower valve. He was able to order the part and returned the next business day to replace. He was cordial and helpful and knew what he was doing. Great job!!

This company is very attentive to their customers and always on time, Zach has done services to our home in 2 or 3 occasions and hes been great. Very detailed and patient with explaining everything to us. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use their service as needed.
