Its been long over due reviewing this Evergreen Herb Clinic. My whole family have been to this great herbal clinic for decade from herbal medicines to acupunctures depending on our symptoms the medical conditions that could hardly be identified by the western medicine. All doctors here have been always honest, punctual, courteous, not to mention all the effective treatments that really do help your own body heal the symptoms. Strongly recommended.

Terrible experience. After buying an acupuncture treatment on Groupon last Thursday I immediately called to make an appointment. After multiple calls I checked their website. The site said were closed on Thursday. Ok I called the next day Friday 9am and at 9:30. After numerous called no answer again. Not even a VM option. As I was in pain I went to the office on Culver. I knocked and called no answer again. I waited until 10 am outside in case they were delayed. Signage on the door and website said open at 9:30 on Friday. One Las call and a young man answered. He rudely explained due to Covid they changed their hours. When I pointed out their website and their from Door signage all say they are open on Friday starting at 9:30 he accused me of being hostile and hung up on me! I immediately called Groupon to insist on an immediate refund. I will not be using Groupon or this Evergreen acupuncture ever again.

I had horrible sciatica pain for a week and a half that showed no signs of ending and my regular Dr. just prescribed me oxicodone and suggested PT.  Since I was already working with my personal trainer on sciatica specific stretches, I wasn't too thrilled with having to go to PT as well.  I decided to try Acupuncture.  I have never tried it before but had heard good things.  I read the reviews and decided on Evergreen since they were listed as close to my home in Tustin.  I found out that they have since moved to Irvine, at Culver and the 5 freeway, which is not far so I made an appointment.  I went in more curious than nervous and met with Dr. Choi.  He is awesome!  Very friendly, professional and caring. Started with a light massage and then some pressure points as indicated by the other reviews.  Time for the needles.  You really can't even feel them being inserted.  Attached the needles to some electrical current and left me for approximately 20 minutes (he did come in to make sure I was alright during the treatment.)  Felt great immediately after, but back to some pain that afternoon.  But the next day, I noticed a marked improvement when I got up in the morning.  I still have some stiffness upon awakening, but that quickly warms up and I am just about back to normal range of motion with no pain!  I am off the oxicodone and even the Tylenol.  Dr. Choi performed a miracle as far as I'm concerned and I owe my recovery to him.  If you are having pain, please go and try this procedure.  You will be amazed!!
