I have been coming here for the past 2 years to get my tables for my non profit event and all the staff is so nice especially the lady who checked me in and out. I came today to drop off tables and I am highly disappointed!!!!! First off I am a woman, I asked the manger to help me move my uhaul truck in the lot so he can unload the tables, he didn't want to but told me to back up until I hit the wall. Then he asked me to help him pulled 20 8 foot tables out for him. This is unbelievably rude and so unprofessional! I told him I have a bad back and cannot help him. As I sat in the truck I turned the car on to use the AC and he came running down the stairs yelling at me asking if I was trying to kill him when I have not even moved the truck at all. Sad to say I will never book with them again... I spent well over $400 a few times a year to be treated this way! I honestly feel like he is drunk and needs to be accounted for the way he treats his customers!

I will never use this rental office again. They were slow to comprehend the most simple of requests. "6 ft table." ..."yes,that's right...6 ft table". "Yep...just a 6ft table". I mean I had to repeat this 4 times. So getting the order in took about 44 mins, being that we needed several tables, stools, dishes etc. They got the linens wrong and failed to mention that the heat lamps are like 10' tall. The lamps did not fit at the event site but Alex still wanted to charge us $170 for nothing. They came to retrieve the rentals and accused us of losing a chaffing dish yet left behind 2 table bases and the lid to another dish. Unbelievable the level of disorganization and order. We spent almost $1000 dollars for 3 days of headache. We have used them for 16 years but NEVER AGAIN!!!
