    If I could leave a no star review, I would!. This place doesn't meet time-lines, and their customer relationship management is beyond poor. Complete waste of money and time. There's a schedule for reason. They do not make delivery times and they don't communicate. When you call them to inquire about your expected delivery, they give you the run around and push you back a day or two. Customer satisfaction is not a priority here. If you want to spend your hard earned money and then have to track you own shipments, as well as coordinate your own delivery(ies)... this is the place for you. All around terrible. Good luck getting the items you paid for.

    We went Here on February 24 2024 with my mother to order 2 twin beds and 2 dressers 1 reg Twin and 1 xl Twin bed for a longer mattress . The owner told us that they can make the bed into an Xl Twin bed and had me pick the color ,basically customize the bed and dressers.We also told him in detail that we did not want knobs on the dressers because overtime they fall of and it looks bad.We informed him that we had an Xl Twin mattress already and only needed a box spring xl and bed frame only for the xl Twin bed and he made note of it on the receipt. He told us 1 week everything will be delivered, he lied. My furniture wasn't delivered until Saturday 2 weeks later on March 9th at 5:30 pm after I was told between 2 to 4pm and this was the 3rd time my delivery date was pushed back .They don't communicate on your orders or give any updates so I had to go up there in person. They give you the run around on your furniture whenever you do call them or don't answer .The furniture that was delivered was not correct and he never ordered the xl box spring for the Twin bed .I went up there with the receipt and showed him that the box spring was included in the order and the dressers had knobs on them still . I did call on the delivery night to explain to the owner and he tries to lie and say we never ordered the xl box spring and we have to pay for it and the dressers came like that with the knobs on them. After going up there he told us Wed March 13th 2024 the Xl box spring will be delivered but with no delivery window time frame and the dressers will be picked up and replaced but have to be ordered . I haven't received any calls yet and when I did call March 14 ,no answer so again I'll have to go up there again and wait and extra 2 weeks for the correct dressers maybe longer with this business since 2 weeks is also noted on the receipt for the dressers. Don't shop here this place is a scam ,they have poor communication and there is never no exact delivery date and no garuntee for the correct furniture you order. The reviews are true with the 1 stars .

    So where do I begin... I was referred by a family member to patronize this business when I could have just went to Jerome's or Ashley's Furniture store but I called myself trying to support my community this was an absolute mistake. I ended up purchasing a dining room table set and a bedroom set. The first issue was I was told one delivery date then it ended up being pushed back. When the Furniture finally arrived I noticed a blemish in the head board so I immediately asked the delivery guys to talk to thier boss which was Carlos... I explained to him the issue... after him going on and on about it was the "wood" he finally agreed to provide me with another one but kept saying he couldn't guarantee if it would be in better condition. Upon waiting to receive the new head board I noticed one of the dining room chairs was rocking. I also brought this to his attention ... this time he said it was my floor (he hadn't even been to my house but kept jumping to conclusions). I simply asked him what could be done to fix the chair and finally said he would have the driver check it. Before the new headboard came I asked did they check it and he said no. He said they will show me upon arrival. I asked him what happens if the item is damaged again. Then he said if you don't approve we can take it back and give you your money back. Then explained there is a restocking fee. I asked him how much and he got frustrated and said you don't want the item I will cancel and hung up in my face. (BTW THE RESTOCKING FEE IS 35%... that is robbery for an item that was damaged)I called back then he began to insult me by saying his drivers were scared to come to my house because I was CRAZY! I work in customer service have for many years this man is RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and is not the right person to be the face of the business treating people this way. When we first met it was any problems let me know... we will take care of you, come fix it etc. As soon as I had an issue his ture colors came out not to mention he had been paid in full. I will NEVER give my business to this establishment and I recommend that you all look into who is representing your business.
