        Dont waste your time trying to get anything from this person named Bill. He has excuses and lies about everything he says. You make appointment he forgets and makes excuses by telling you I never said Im going to meet you. This is numerous times. Sadly, I dont know how he stays in business with all his lies and promises that he never kept one of them.

        Bill is nice . He's known my family for a long time. But whoever I just spoke with - a woman - was really really rude, unwilling to really answer my questions, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I literally got off the phone feeling really defeated. She spoke I et my questions before I could even get the sentence out. Do yourself a favor and get past that person and speak with Bill. Otherwise, the other people I've spoken with were also nice.
