Booked at 9 AM.. They went to the wrong address two doors over.. I called 5 minutes later and they lied and said they were 15 miles away and can't pick up. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. DO NOT USE

Trust you with my FREIGHT? A bizarre thing happened some years ago I when visited the TTC office at LAX to discuss business with Jim D'Arruda. At some point I excused myself from our conversation to use the men's room and upon my return I was shocked to find the co-owner of this company, Jim D'Arruda, going through the contents of my briefcase! Given my line-of-sight I clearly saw him inside what had been a SHUT black, flap-over, leather briefcase. He jerked back realizing that I there. Stunned and near disbelief, I ended the meeting and left. He said nothing that day and I never saw or spoke to him or his partner (called 'Al'), ever again. A totally strange and memorable event indeed.
