        Management & leasing staff seem to be a bit anti-black in my opinion. The maintenance staff is pretty cool. I think it's a bit overpriced because alot of the amenities break down and we have to wait months before they fix it. The machine in the gym has been broken for at least 6 months and even though I send emails, call and go to the leasing office it is still broken.

        So far so good. Just Moved in and we have enjoyed the peace and quiet of the building. Its a newer community to the area we were told and has great space in the unit. The maintenance team has been great and the office staff has been helpful in addressing any questions that weve had so far.
