      This guest left a message on office line over holiday weekend. The office called back on Tuesday when opened. We have 3 other ways of communicating. An emergency phone number, email, or messenger. The guest didn't use any of those. Her complaint was a neighbor whose property we don't manage or handle was smoking outside,
