Imperial Nails

I visited this place a few times. Each visit was fine, except for the recent one when the woman who did my partner's toes worked so quickly it felt like a pit stop. The next day, my partner got an infection on his big toe and had to see a doctor for medication. I can't remember who did the pedicure. I called them today, but all they said was thanks for informing us. Not the best costumer service.

I like this small salon for its cleanliness policy and its relaxed atmosphere. May filled my acrylic nails. She does a beautiful job. My pedicure was done by Vivienne. There was a steady stream of customers, and wait times seemed short.

I will never go here again. The tech was obviously new because she cut my toenail too short & cut my toe so it bled. Then wanted to know why I didn't tip her.

They were rushing a lot and over charged me $20 on a plain French tip manicure with a gel pedicure. Continuously pushed to up-charge services and very rough with the service that some skin was clipped.

They always aim to please and try to squeeze you in when you have a nail Emergency the pedicures are amazing. I have a lot of problems with my toes and they figured it out for me. I cant live without him they make me pretty.
