Very bad service, detestable to see how they gave the apartment to a friend arriving from his country without a credit record and a good job and they denied me a house earning very well with good bank account statements, good recommendations from the owners where I live, proof where I have worked for 9 years, the excuse was because I don't have a record on my social account but of course I told them it's new how I'm going to have a great record. It is unfortunate that Mr. Brabanth did not attend to me.

A good place to buy or rent a home. They speak English and Spanish. Excellent location. Affordable prices.

Leave it up to this management to leave their tenants neglected there is MULTIPLE problems in this building.. all they care about is the rent being on time. This staircase has been broken for a month now and they do not care. Mark my words, I will be filing a lawsuit if I end up falling through these stairs soon. This is not okay. There are many children who live here as well and I would hate for one of them to be injured of negligence.
