        DONT RENT !! Terrible!! Theres roaches in the rooms, showers were clogged and black & hair all over the place. The staff is also rude. They kick you out for no reason saying its part of their policy but the rules in the front say otherwise. Then they say others are complaining when we hardly stayed in the room because we both work.. Not fair!! Trashy stay, never again!! Rooms: Theres better rooms nearby.

        We had a great time at this hotel. The front desk was very helpful and gave us a room on the top floor with a view of the sun spots across the road.

      Dear Sheila Reyes,We received neighbor compliant 2 times regarding whole night noises and First time we shared with your boyfriend and after second time complaint we ask to move another room or checkout.On top of that you are declining cleaning services from many days and damage closet door, So we charged deposit amount $50 for damage.Thank youRandolph Management.

      Dear Julio,As per our registration card you have to stay 2 persons and you added extra person without our notice. So we need to charge from deposit which is cool and clear now.Thank youRandolph Management
