The service here is horrible, you walk in, no one greats you or even looks up, the staff has thee worst attitudes Ive ever seen in customer service, like they dont want to be there? My Doctor is great but the front desk staff kills it for me, I just recently moved to LA and it is a hassle getting out to this location, my schedule is so busy and they will reschedule on you the day of.. if their next available date doesnt work for you, YOU will have to reach out and check their availability, which is crazy when Im not the one who needed to reschedule. Overall it just hasnt been a pleasant experience, I love how my doctor has transformed my smile but the service is not ok.

So bad so so so so bad, broke my tooth because one of the workers dont know how to properly work on teeth apparently. Everyone that works there seems like their learning and learning as they go. They genuinely dont care about their customers they just see it as a job not a career. Please stay away from here for your own sake

Poor quality dental office. I don't think I'll ever come here again. I don't feel safe coming here when there is covid
