I came home from work and noticed water all over the garage floor! Called restoration pros and they came out right away. They helped me move a mountain of stuff. The garage is very cluttered, I was overwhelmed but they are true professionals and took great care of my things and disinfected everything. It was a sewage backup from the main line and every time a toilet flushed or someone ran the sink it was flooding the garage. Once they opened the wall they showed me the water source. Thank you Lamar and Eric for helping me during this chaotic time. They were clear and helped me with the entire process. They fought for me with the insurance company and had a great construction team rebuild the space better than it was. I am so happy. They are great guys. Thank you so much!!!! Joe came out to look at some old water damage. He was kind, honest, extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I would not call anyone else ever again for any type of restoration needs. The are true professionals and the very best and what they do! I cannot say enough great things about Joe and Restoration Pros!

After two months of significant rain, a small stain on the ceiling turned into an enormous swampy patch of wet, peeling drywall. I was really concerned about mildew and mold forming as the damage was directly over my son's bed and he's allergic to mold. I contacted Restoration Pros on a Wednesday, had an appointment for inspection by Friday, and they started work the following Tuesday. They removed the wet drywall & insulation and set up a dehumidifier to remove moisture for the following 3 days. AJ and Eric were extremely friendly, professional, and hard working. They even helped coordinate reconstruction with a partner company who will be starting work in a few days. I'm really pleased with how easy this process has been! Just for context, I had a different company come out for an inspection almost 2 weeks ago...and I still don't have a quote. Glad I went with my gut and hired Restoration Pros!

We've been dealing with allergies and wanted to see if we could source it to any water intrusions from the recent rains. Lamar came out on a weekend and gave our home a thorough look. He explained things clearly and answered all our questions. As well he gave us some good recommendations for our next steps and plenty of best practices. This was a complete opposite experience compared to what we had with one of the big corporate remediation companies a few years ago. I'll be calling restoration pros again.
