Hernan is very responsive and professional. I initially had concern with a willow tree splitting that he was able to address right away, I then had him and his crew trim and remove other trees on my property. Wanted a certified arborist to evaluate our very old and large pine tree in our backyard and was not disappointed with Hernan and Betterment Tree Health Care. He gave us good information about the health of our tree, making us feel confident for its prolonged life. He and his crew did a great job trimming and balancing it so we feel safer keeping it as it is a nice-looking centerpiece to the backyard. They took care of trimming all our trees, and gave a 2-year old willow in the front it's good first lacing and trim too. We decided to also have 3 ficus trees removed that were getting too big for our patio and they did a good job of the stump grinding in a small area between the fence and concrete.
