So we had very old toilets and needed to replace them with new ones. We bought some new toilets and had Seaward install them for us. The job was done quickly and efficiently by Ben! Since the toilets we had were very very old , there were some other issues that happened. Ben was able to fix them all. He is very professional, knowledgeable and is an expert plumber. Beware of this company as they are crooks. I had them come and do my bathroom project last year starting at the end of January. The company promised that the work will be completed in 6-8 weeks. A contract was drawn up and signed clearly laying out the scope of work that needed to be done. A detailed drawing of the bathroom layout was made down to the tile pattern to be laid out on the floor and on walls. The work was delayed by months and was finally completed and signed off by the city in July. Even at that, the company did not complete everything that was priced in the contract price. They simply declined to install the shower doors as designed in the agreed design. I had to get another contractor to come in build and install it for me. Now after more than one year of completing the project the company is asking me to pay an additional 4500 saying that the project cost exceeded the original quote due to material cost. After accounting for the missed scope I have already overpaid them $550 on the contracted price.  On top of that, they are asking for 10% of office management costs, etc. that they incurred to manage the project. They have been sending emails to me constantly asking for more money and intimidating a small claims action and title lien. Now the bathroom floor tiles are cracking at multiple places. I have reported this issue to them for over a month and not a single person has come from their office to look at the issue and determine what is happening. Beware of this company they are a bunch of crooks. They do not understand California Law for contractors and will try to rip you off your money.
