Disappointed. I went for a toner and ngl sandy is really good at toning it. However for my hair I payed almost 450 just for the roots to be done since they said my hair was to damage to lighten it but for just roots 400 is way to much. My problem was going again for extensions since the lady said she had experience. The day of my appointment was the day of my birthday so I was so excited until I saw the results . She asked if I liked it and I told her I didnt really bc it looked off. She said by the time I wash it for a week it will blend. Nope my hair is thick so I had told her make sure it blends well bc I have thick hair and she said from her experience that one layer would be fine. My hair looked super thick on top and the bottom looked like it barely had 4 strands of extensjons , not to mention it didnt even match my color or hair !! It was way lighter and yellow. I payed 508 !!! I asked her for a refund and she said shed only give me half of the installation which is only 75 dollars! Wanted to speak to the owner however she said she want shes if the owner was comfortable with me getting her info. I payed so much and alot of family even asked me if I did it myself which was so embarrassing. I cried ngl especially hair is everything for a girl.

Sandy is my go to gal for years and even longer for my mom. She keeps up with the latest trends, is friendly and gives honest feedback and suggestions. The pics below show my mom with 1/2 the head covered in gray turned blonde. Always a beautiful job.
