Eric Gausepohl at Summit Lending is amazing. This is the 2nd refinance loan he has done for me. Eric and his company goes above and beyond to take care of you. Unlike other lenders Eric will ALWAYS respond to you in a timely matter. I appreciated Eric and his team to get my loan completed in a timely matter and also that they looked to make sure I had the best interest rate. I highly recommend Eric and Summit Lending.

I agree with the other reviewers. Eric Gausepohl makes the refi experience so easy and stress free. Second refi with Eric just closed, and I couldnt be happier. He is always available for questions, and keeps you updated on the progress of the transaction. Thanks Eric!!
