The Anne Marie Jones Team - Pacific Manufactured Homes

I had tried to go with another company and the agent was not willing to help us at all and was totally rude. Then we meet Anne Marie and everything was completely different. She helped us purchase our dream home.

The worst experience of my life. Be very aware that Anne Marie Jones with In the Park realty will lock you into an 8 month contract. Once you realize that Anne Marie is not working to sell your home and you request to be let out of your contract, she refuses. Anne Marie Jones does not advertise on a regular MLS that all relators have access to because she wants to find her own buyer so she doesn't have to share commission. Anne Marie Jones talks a real good game and is the most unprofessional agent I have ever met. (She is the owner of this company) She doesn't return calls or respond to text messages for days, sometimes weeks. She is not on your side, she holds onto your listing until you get desperate and then comes in with a low ball offer and calls it an offer. She monopolizes Fountain Valley Estates and is vengeful to the point that once I was able to hire another agent (8 months later) who by the way sold my home in 3 days; Anne Marie tried to interfere with the sale of my home and actually reached out to my agent and spoke to my buyer in an attempt to tell them that I was hiding something about my home. I wish I could let everyone in the park know how she runs her business. I promised her that I would write a bad review but because of her vengeance, I needed to wait until the sale went through for fear of more retaliation. As soon as I did that she threatened me with saying that she was going to sue me and contact her attorney for slander. I would love to know her attorney's phone number and contact him myself. Seek out any other agent but Anne Marie Jones and do not do business with her. Dear Anne Marie Jones, this is called freedom of speech and I have written nothing but the truth and will continue to do so!!! I welcome you to contact your attorney. Lastly, the only other review here on google was written by Anne Marie's assistant.
