Over ten years ago, my husband and I contacted Tim when we began entertaining the thought of downsizing from the home in which we had raised our kids to a smaller retirement home. Since we had been in our home for over 40 years, we wanted to sell but were a bit hesitant. We didnt want to make a mistake. Tim, I wanted to thank you for your assistance in selling our old home and the subsequent purchase of our new home.
