As a first-time buyer, I was completely unaware of what the escrow process looked like, and had nearly daily questions for Jacqueline. But every time I came to her with a new inquiry, she not only provided a prompt expert opinion, but also always made me feel respected and heard. The sellers agent made a great observation about Jacqueline and the manner in which she approaches all parties involved: Shes such a breath of fresh air! Jacqueline Brodt is authentic and professional! My fianc and I were house hunting when we came across a beautiful home one Sunday evening. Though it was late, and we hadnt made an appointment, Jacqueline dropped everything to come over and show us the house. She was friendly, informative and insightful. After viewing the home, Jacqueline followed up with us and kept an open line of communication. When it was time to make an offer we felt so comfortable with Jacqueline we asked her represent us as buyers. From offer to close Jacqueline was extremely prompt, available, and on top of all documentation. She answered every question no matter how small, and never left us wondering what came next. It is my pleasure to recommend Jacqueline Brodt as a real estate agent for any individual or family wanting to sell or buy a home. Jacqueline assisted my sister and I with the sale of our parents home. It was an emotional time for both of us. Jacqueline was very compassionate and patient as she guided us during the entire process. We had an initial meeting with Jacqueline and she provided an inclusive Comparative Market Analysis, complete with detailed notes. Jacqueline is technologically savvy and made excellent use of the relevant search engines and real estate databases. When the listing was posted, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the home was ranked #1 in Zillows listing among comparable properties. Because of this, we started receiving offers after the very first open house that Jaqueline hosted. I have no doubt that her personable and engaging personality, along with her natural enthusiasm helped to sell the home quickly. After several offers, escrow closed within 2 months of the initial listing. Jacqueline negotiated a deal that was good for us and made the buyer happy as well. My wife and I started working with Jacqueline in early 2022 when the housing market seemed like it was at its peak craziness. I can honestly say that there is no way we would have ended up in our new home if we did not have Jacqueline as our realtor. With a very active 1-year old and my wife and I both working full-time, it was tough to allocate as much time as we would have liked to our housing hunt. Luckily, we had Jacqueline and quickly learned to trust her recommendations. She always had our best interests in mind and genuinely cared that we purchased the best house for our family rather than just wanting to make a sale. There were a few homes we were interested in making an offer, but she explained why she didnt recommend those homes for our family and Im grateful that we listened. Her knowledge, transparency, and honesty made our experience very enjoyable and straightforward. If we wanted to tour a home, she made us an instant priority and was on it right away. Even when the selling agent was not giving tours or allowing access to the home, she would find a way. Im not sure when she finds time to sleep because she was always extremely responsive and helpful, regardless of the time of day. As we were preparing to place an offer on our home, she caught Covid-19 and even that couldnt keep her downshe was just as responsive as always and made sure our offer got accepted even against multiple other offers. It felt like Jacqueline was part of the family by the time our home-buying process was finished.
