Binh knows how to sell your house !!!! Binh was very understanding and an excellent communicator. He explained the process of selling my house, everything in details. The best of all, he was able to sell my house in less than a month . Thank you Binh!!

NOT TRUE on all reviews!!! I worked with him years ago, got misled & neglected. Not sure if we bought the house through him, but certainly not the good experiences: 1. He is a handsom vietnamese young man, visually pleasing. 2. He Started with great presentation, but later with dispute on commission he promised to credit back at COE, attitude and support changed drastically. 3. Phoned the owner broker at Coldwell Banker about his agent's false promise, to charm the close of the sales; surprisingly, the owner broker of Coldwell Banker of Huntington Beach (Campbell Realtors) chose to ignore the situation. Regardless multiple messages left for him in the office. 4. My memory is at the end of the closing, Binh didn't even return calls timely whenever needed in support. Occasionally, the return calls took more than 2 days. I remember we did close the deal with him, but he cut his promise as agent credit in 50% without advance notice or communication, we closed the house in bad term. The owner of Campbell Realtors / Coldwell Banker was no help. I wonder how this company uplift the ETHIC to protect consumers??? Bait & Switch... not sure if this is the right description.
