I was the administrator for my cousins estate. I got Jasons number from the probate attorney and met with him. I was ready to sell it as is and he suggested that we put some money into it and then sell. He and his crew made the house look great and we had 3 offers after the open house. Got top dollar and it was the easy sale ever. I cant recommend Trust Properties enough.

I was executor for a friends estate. Jason was immense. He was recommended highly by a friend and he delivered. It was a long and arduous probate, and I was out of state a lot during it, but Jason handled everything seamlessly. I am the administrator for probate on my sisters estate. As a first time seller, I was initially intimidated by the process. In meeting with Jason Salata from Trust Properties USA he didnt talk down to me after telling him I didnt have a clue about how this worked. He took care of things right away and made everything go smoothly. The house sold the first weekend and closed escrow in 10 days.
