Kevin and Rene made an excellent team for finding us a home. It was the first time buying a property for my wife and I, and we were very nervous. We had been saving up for a decade, and it felt crazy to trust someone to be involved with spending that money. Kevin was the right person. He took ample time to explain every part of the (confusing) process to us. He never rushed us or made us feel dumb. Instead, he empowered us to find the right home to fit our needs, and went with us on many viewings over a couple months of searching. Speaking of viewings, his partner Rene was also a key part of our experience, and accompanied us to many viewings. She did a lot of research and made a lot of calls to make sure we could see everything and get the best deal. We are happy with what we paid and with what we got. Patience paid out, and we feel extremely grateful to have had Kevin and Rene advocate for us. We were perhaps a minnow in the pond of the LA real estate market, but Kevin treated us like we were his most valuable asset. We would definitely work with him and Rene again. Kevin and Doug have been fantastic to work with! My mother recently passed and my husband and I decided to move into her home and rent our townhome. We had no idea what we were doing though.
