Fred is simply fantastic! He was highly responsive, attentive to our requests, and has been a wealth of information. We worked with him nearly 5 years ago and to this day we still keep in touch and he's always willing to help (e.g. real estate information or contractor suggestions). I would give Fred 10 stars if I could.
