Unlike another broker who tried to push us to buy more expensive house to get more commission, Tim and Sasi were so helpful and very patient during house hunting. They worked really hard to maximize our benefits by negotiating with home owners or listing agents. When we got the right home, Tim and Sasi suggested an inspector who checked the house in every details. The inspector found a lot of defects that we could use to negotiate with the listing agent to fix them before closing. They also forced the previous homeowner to provide home warranty for us for a year. We are so happy to work with this couple and of course we love our new home. Thank you Tim and Sasi.
