Been going here for some time and Claudias dedication to patient care is unparalleled, making each visit a comforting and healing experience. With her vibrant energy and positive demeanor, she radiates good vibes that uplift everyone around her. Claudia is the kind of nurse you hope to encounter when you need medical careknowledgeable, attentive, and full of warmth. A clinical visit is made all the better thanks to her wonderful presence and the excellent care she provides. I am sorry to write this review as I have been a Kaiser Member for 30 years. But since my injury and 8 weeks of excruciating pain my Doctor refuses to order a MRI for me , I decided to get the MRI outside of Kaiser and pay for it myself . The MRI shows herniated disks and pinched spinal nerves. I brought my own MRI back to Kaiser and I was told I need to wait at least 2 more weeks for an injection in my spine that I requested 8 weeks previously. Kaiser will let you suffer to save the company money instead of treating their patients the care they deserve. Shame on you Kaiser ,you have gone so downhill and the Doctors you hire are so inexperienced it is so embarrassing to continue having you take care of me, my family , and my employees. We will take our health care needs to another insurer. Goodbye.

I was suffering (worst ever) for 5 days before I was able to make an appointment with NP Mary Ann OBrien Kazem. She attentively listened, heard my concerns and properly diagnosed me. The medication she prescribed me made me feel better within a day and I couldnt be more grateful. While busy, this Kaiser efficiently processes patients and prescriptions quickly and I will be back (hopefully not too soon.)
