Stacy, Lesley and Jennifer are so wonderful! They have helped me from the beginning with getting the contracts set-up to helping me with the growth of my clinic. I have worked personally with Optimal for 12 years! They are hands down the best billing department you could ask for. Over the years the company has grown to make sure our growing offices demands are met in a timely fashion. Each staff member is courteous and respectful. They go the extra mile to find the right answer and address any issue that arises to make sure at the end of the day we get paid! I can't say enough about how much I rely on their expertise to help keep our office running at high efficiency.
