I highly recommend Randy! Dealing with a tenant who consistently paid rent late and even responded angrily to reminders became incredibly stressful. Opting for legal action was a tough decision, and Randy's excellent communication skills played a key role. He promptly answers calls, texts, and emails, providing a calm and professional demeanor. Mr. Chang was professional in answering all my questions and concerns in regards to collection on a criminal restitution order. He was hesitant at first, thus, he has vas experience in the collections law area. Being Chinese is also helpful as we conversed in Mandarin. I highly recommend Mr. Chang for your legal needs.
