If I could give ZERO STARS I would! You raked it in, didnt you!!! PMH with your Covid at schools testing and charging insane amounts!! Greed at its best! Shame on you! From now on I'll make sure to ask which lab testing goes to.. for sure not to you.. you are not getting one more cent from me! How can you be proud if what you do?!

This lab really struggles with billing and insurance. I work for a school system in the San Fernando valley and they completely messed up sending bills to my insurance provider.
At this point, Blue Cross thinks I owe them $1800, and PMH doesn't even have a record of me as a patient even though they have performed weekly Covid tests on me. Reaching out via phone was useless--the person working there had no idea who I was and could find no record of me in their system.
They really need to work on their communication with insurance providers and enhance their customer service. They seem overwhelmed and incapable of providing adequate service. I am sick and tired of trying to reach out to them to rectify an issue that is THEIR JOB.

Zero stars. WATCH OUT! My child got covid testing at school and per PMH itself as well as the CARES Act it is to be free with insurance, it is illegal for them to balance bill for whatever part the insurance does not pay. But guess what - they are sending HIM (a child!) an illegal bill for close to $1000! And, when they do receive payments (insurance checks signed over to them), they DO NOT apply the payments to the account- but instead send an illegal bill for the exact same service. Of course it is not legal to try to collect on the exact same service that has been paid. Overall, PMH wont answer the phone and punts to their incompetent billing agent, who speaks in circles and cannot explain their shady practice. Be warned.

Bad service. Persistent shady billing, sending my kid months of bills for services rendered - some of which have already been paid by insurance! And guess what - its all covid-related, so you cant be billed anyway. Also very hard to reach anyone there. Its a two-bit
operation with bad customer service and fraudulent billing. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

Hello PMH, our preschool keeps reaching out since last week waiting to see if your center can get COVID results so we can reopen our center. It is disappointing to not hear back from staff for over 3 days. I decided to test with another lab in the area and got my results in in 24 hours. Please do better PMH especially during Omicron.
