I love our remodeled home by Kennedy and Cole Design. Our home was a typical Irvine track home and they transformed into a piece of art! From their design, to working with contractors to adding the finishing touches, they worked to perfection. They were extremely attentive to our taste and budget. The use of space in our small home was brilliant from a built in desk to a shoe drawer under the stairs. The design of the house flows and feels very calming. They introduced paintings and design features the only true artists could create. I feel so lucky to get to occupy this beautiful space. I cant thank Lindsay and Alex enough for their design, patience and professionalism.

We couldn't be more pleased with our renovated home after working with Lindsay and Alex at Kennedy Cole Interior Design. Our project included our kitchen, master bathroom, new laundry and mud rooms and updated finishes in every room of our home (even the stairs!). These designers not only have excellent design skills, but they really listened to what we wanted and knew how to make that a reality that is beyond our expectations. They understood our style, our budget and how we wanted this home to work for our young family. We are detail-oriented, and Lindsay and Alex got that and worked at our pace and with endless patience. The design plans and unveiling at the studio felt like we were on an HGTV show! The materials selected are excellent quality and fit our budget. I can't say enough about the value of working with Kennedy Cole. Their expertise gave us a home that is functional, beautiful, timeless and customized for our family. Any renovation has some level of stress and decision making, but working with Lindsay and Alex made it fun and gave us the confidence that we were always on the right track and getting materials that are vetted by experts. We've lived in our renovated home for a year and a half now and we are still delighted with the design and finishes. From the cozy chairs in the living room, to the family room with the perfect ottoman we use for board games and lego builds, from our serene master and master bathroom, to the kitchen that is a joy to cook and entertain in, and the new mudroom that has a place for everything from shoes to backpacks to storage to a hidden trash can for sorting mail. The list goes on and on and we love it all! We highly recommend these designers to anyone looking to create a new space with a talented and creative team that will make your vision shine! We cant say enough wonderful things about Lindsey, Alex and the Kennedy Cole Interior Design team. Not only is our home more beautiful than we imagined, we enjoyed every single step of the process. For future design work, we will turn only to the trusted team at KCID.
