Rachel Petrakos Beauty

Myself and my daughter went to Rachel for the first time in June, and we loved her! She did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair and my daughters. Rachel is kind! She is very welcoming and super easy to talk witheven with my teen. She goes above and beyond to make sure youre satisfied, and I love that her shop is small, cute, and quietyou are the focus at all timesno one interrupting and asking for towels / supplies they cant find, or chatting with her while you sit there waiting, wet head dripping. Courtesy aside, she is a talented stylist! You wont regret seeing her. Service: Haircut

Wow so disappointed with Rachels services. It seems she practices on her customers. Did you ever go to beauty school? very bad experience. you suck Rachel!

With a heavy heart is that I write this review.... with hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. My 2nd time using this Stylist and my last... ohhhh boy what a disappointment! Went in for partial highlights and she made a mess out of my hair leaving my hair very ashy looking, (that's what she called it) after 4 hours for just partial highlights!!!!!! not a single highlight visible the first time... she used the wrong or too much toner. Then reschedule a few days later so she can make it right.... yes another 4 hours!!!! and I wish I never went! she made a MESS with my hair... she gave me burnt brown/yellow UNEVEN highlights. 8 Hours total!!!! it was brutal! for partial highlights!!!! please save your time. She is a very Slow and definitely needs to go back to beauty school!!!!!! Sorry Rachel but not sorry... You lost me when you didn't acknowledge what you did and told me that you did a beautiful job when you very well know you didn't. The time you spend on a service does not dictate your precision. Needless to say that she doesn't care to make customers happy. Also got a hair cut, please see pictures after the fact. ;( Rachel if you feel so proud of your work please use one of my pictures to advertise your work... i want my money back. so very disappointed.

Super awesome experience. I have had very disappointing experiences with hair dressers in the past or they didn't tell me they weren't expert in layers, etc. Rachel sat down with me and listened and spent the time on my long hair. She did everything I wanted and more! I haven't been this happy in years. Shes a conversation too, so it was nice to have my time with another adult who seems genuine, down to earth and real. Will be going back and referring my friends and family!
