Had the displeasure of having Mindy as our stylist. An experience that went from bad to worse. She was unable to take clear direction, didnt use our reference photos, and completely messed up my hair. She didnt want to fix it after taking zero ownership in her mistake and was very rude to myself and my wife. To top it off, she refused to give any kind of refund. Management of the Salon said there was nothing they can do because its 100% up to the stylist to deliver a refund. The worst hair experience Ive ever had. Mindy is very unprofessional and gives pour customer service. Choose any other stylist

Mary was amazing!!! My favorite part is getting my hair washed and I fell asleep because it felt like a massage. My hair color is exactly what I asked for and she is so sweet thank you for the best experience!

Thank god for Hair Theory. The open platform and sophisticated decor sets you instantly at ease. Uncomplicated parking (unlike downtown HB) and easy online booking were a breeze. Ive had several appointments here and they were all excellent. Jessika and Malorie were both superb. Malorie was even able to gently get the dreaded knots out of my 11 year olds long hair WITHOUT pain or complaint from my daughter. Fantastic place! Go here.
