Have used them for many tasks such plumbing, roofing , dry rot repair , kitchen rehab Services: Custom wood millwork, General construction, Tile work installation, Install flooring, Home renovations, Bathroom remodeling, Fan installation, Paint indoors, Waterproofing, Roof repair, Kitchen remodeling, Drywall repair

        Andrew came out to our house on July 2nd. Explained what we wanted and when. He gave us an initial estimate and timeline. He said he would send us a small work order with drawings etc and it would be a $350 fee. Never received it. July 20th he said he would have some drawings etc for us. July 22 said he would need to come out for measurements. Scheduled appt for the 26th. No showed. Texted and called multiple times over the week and no response. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. Now we have wasted over a month and need to find someone else. He asked me to add that he was not our contractor yet because we didnt have a signed agreement but in our minds we were going with him and thats what we were waiting for. Why else would we give him over a month to come back out to our house for measurements & drawings. Beware!!!

      So let me get this straight. You called me over to look at your kitchen for free.Gave you a idea of cost and a time frame a job like yours would take and I Wasted your time? A free visit is not a agreement to remodel a kitchen or even plan a project. You can not possibly think that you were waiting for me to do your project when we have not even been able to get you a written estimate let alone plan your project and sourse your custom cabinets. Most people would not consider feeling like you wanted me to remodel your kitchen as a contractual agreement that was broken. If you wanted me to do it you would have said so and I would have put you on the secluded. Your project was a few notes on a yellow pad. Nothing I have done indicated I was going to start your job. Please retract your silly review this is for people who can give actual reviews of my services not rant about how they did not get their way after a free consultation.Please don't mistake us talking about your project as me agreeing to your project and your made up time frame.You don't get priority over people who have actively contracted with me to do there project. I'm not a unpaid consultant and you are not my cliant.
