I'm not certain what your time is worth, but mine is valuable. The sign on the door reads " I am Tony and I'm 10 minutes away at the manufacturing facility."We called before we left from Buena Park to let Tony know we were on our way, he said that he would be there at 12:30 which was 40 minutes, so we waited. Called him at 12:45 he said he was almost there, at 1:00 we left. I have neither the time nor interest in doing business with someone who can't keep and appointment. Tony had our number, all it would have taken was a phone call letting us know what was going on and of course he didn't call when and if he finally arrived to see that we had already gone.

If i can give a negative star I would. Tony, supposedly the owner was the most unprofessional individual that my wife and I encountered.  Met up with him at his show room and after I requested to see a double door 30 in wide so 2 doors 15 inch each, he said he had those in stock. To our surprise it was not was he said he had. After a 20 mile trek to his showroom and him telling us he misunderstood what I requested he continued to say , " Ive been doing this since 1968 and no one has those doors". Then I mentioned to him you were aware of my dimensions and he insisted that I told him otherwise. I didnt want to make a big deal but then thats where came out of left field and told my wife and I " you know what, get out of here". We were so taken back that it was so unprofessional of anyone who has a business of their own and they conduct in that manner to any client. Yes there is 2 sides to every story, however this is one place all of you need to avoid no matter how low their prices are. Costumer service is key to any and I repeat any business. Word travels far and wide.  I hope you stay clear of this place.
