What a way to attract new patients!
My sister and her husband have been patients of Dr. Jhonsons practice for many years.
My sister referred my daughter and I as new patients here, and she said wonders about Dr. Johnson and his staff, it's also conveniently located near our home. These next words are my sister's experience, I hope it will help others.
"It's sad how things worked out for us. After Sally retired, the rest of the staff are making many patients like us leave this office by being rude and unfriendly.
During our last visit our hygienist was 30 mins late, I asked to be reschedule and instead of an apology the lady in the front desk told me any other office you go will make you wait, which is not true.
After her comment, she asked me to calm down and breathe when I was not even showing any kind of exasperation.
We reached out to Drs Johnson directly since the lady was impatient and hard to deal with. We thought this would be a one-time thing, but unfortunately, it was not. The same month, I called the office to request an explanation on the bill mailed to us. I was explaining to the billing person my situation, and out of nowhere, she started raising her voice at me and cut me off asking whats her name? I tried again to explain the situation, and again, she yelled at me whats her name?" Even though I was calmly talking to her, and explained I have multiple kids, and multiple appointments, she tells me I am rude and talking on behalf of her entire office she stated theyve always had a hard time dealing with me. I called, emailed and texted Dr Jhonson to fix this situation but when he did got back to me it was just to tell me that as soon as we find a new dentist they will transfer our files to them. I guess the billing lady was right, and we werent welcome after all."
We provided an opportunity to Dr Johnson to fix our complaint and if this office let go 8 patients (our entire family) Im sure they will do the same thing to you if do not put up with the staff mean and rude attitude.
Don't get fooled into thinking provides are doing you a favor, they bill the insurance and some services are out of pocket, so, consider how valuable your money is and think of you are truly willing to endure abuse by someone you are paying for services.
Shame, this people has no notion of proper patient care!

Love this Dentist, the office, and the team. Our family is so lucky to have found him. Does not do unnecessary stuff, and he and the team are gentle and respectful. Can not recommend enough.

Best dentist in Huntington Beach. My daughter and I Have been going to Dr. Johnson for years painless professional super Cool love the staff highly Recommend him he gets booked out because hes so good and he doesnt rip you off.
