I love how Dr Shao cleans my teeth. Super clean and professional. He keeps my teeth clean so I dont have to do anything to it. Just need to keep the cleaning routine and maintain it.

First, I want to note that my username is not my real name for privacy reasons and to protect myself from Sunrise Dental. Here it goes, came in a few times and something has just always felt off from the ever changing staff you will never see the same face up front when you come in from your appt. and from Dr. Mai if she should even be called that just seemed to be wearing a mask of niceness but it never felt genuine. Cleanings were always unenjoyable felt like I was going to a back alley in how they treated my teeth. I saw that they offered otho. services here, and I was going to go through with it but something in me told me to wait and to do some research. When I did major flags were going up first they had a website design that was of a otho. only service provider but then for whatever reason the design changed to what they are a dentist office provider that had my hair raised. Another, thing was how Dr. Mai completed consultations, there were no photos to review, no xrays (found out I would have to pay for it on top of the treatment fee), no treatment coordinator, no before and after pictures of others who she provided treatment for, no explanation of braces options and types that would be best for my case, it was just a visual examination where she just made up a treatment plan and told me she would call in a few days with fee.....yeah I passed it was super weird, disorganized, and frankly unprofessional. She was in my opinion trying to cut cost wherever she could that did not settle well with me. Next, this business pays for 5 star reviews they have a sign up front that states if you give us a 5 star review we will give you a gift card, can anyone say rachettering. And, lastly after thankfully reading another case of an ortho. treatment done here that frankly smells like malpractice and negligence on Dr. Mai's part I found out that Dr. Mai is not a licensed/certified orthodontist even though she advertises herself as one which is illegal. She is just a dentist with a minor in orthodontistry which is like me saying I am a nurse that has a minor is heart surgery yeah I don't think so. Let's just say I will no longer be a patient here and advised others away from Sunrise Dental you will regret your choice.

Dr Shao is a caring, knowledgeable, and forward thinking doctor. He utilizes technology to offer the top line oral care to his patients. Thank you Dr Shao and the entire Sunrise Dental team. Amir

I had two root canal and crowns done same day. They are still excellent over a year later. Best dental experience I've ever had.
