Sign Concepts

Spent months being led on by these guys. They quoted me to do the project then backed out when I kept politely asking what was happening. Apparently, installing 2 black banners with white font was too difficult for them. The secondary part of the project was a permanent lit sign. My business is on Pacific Coast Highway and I've probably lost thousands of dollars in work waiting for these guys patiently. They seem like good guys but dealing with them has been about as difficult as eating jello with chopsticks. I can't imagine these guys are from HB with how flakey this whole thing has been. Totally unreliable from my experience. They sent two guys out. The first time several months ago who no longer works there. The second guy about a month ago.

I am glad I found Steve and Sign Concepts, they are very professional and completed the job quickly! We needed new signs for our office, but not quite sure what we wanted and Steve did a great job guiding us in the right direction, we love our new signs and would highly recommend Sign Concepts!

I sent an email and the response from the owner was that not enough information was provided for a quote. There was a photo of the sign, dimensions and a rendering of the sign and where it would be going and he couldnt seem to understand what I was asking for. Seriously, its a sign and you own a sign company. How are you not able to provide a quote with what I provided. The quote I requested was for a total of 14 SIGNS. We are talking MONEY!!! Owner, get yourself someone smarter than you that can reply to emails and get estimated quotes for future work. So difficult for something so simple.

Tyler was extremely helpful and kind throughout our entire project. I would definitely make sure to speak with he and his team prior to making any decisions for yourself.
