This place sometimes has cool stuff, but never the size I need, and FORGET buying a gift for someone you can NEVER RETURN ANYTHING!!!!

So this is the first review I've ever made on a store but with how bad of an experience I had, I had to come on and say something just because I felt very embarrassed and talked down to when I was in there. I was super excited to find this store because I love cute little shops that resemble my style and I loved it the first time I came in. I bought a few things last week from there as 2 sales girls assisted me and one told me how cute the outfit I tried on was and I ended up buying some pants, rings and the shirt. I went home and didn't love it so I brought it back where I dealt with the short red-haired women who I am assuming is the owner named Lindsey. As soon as I got in to return the item she was incredibly rude and said I wore it, even though the tag was still on (also it's a very tight-fitting shirt with a bigger tag.) Also to be clear, if she would've been nice and said hey we're a small business and even if you tried it on in the dressing room and it seems a little worn because of that, we can't accept it, I would have totally respected her because it was only $60 but that was not the case. I told her I didn't wear it I promised and was trying to be sweet and not-confrontational even though she was being very condescending. She brought other shirts over to compare and then said "The tag is on the other side then what they send us." in a very smart tone implying that I moved the tag. I said "I'm not that broke that I would wear something with a tag on it let alone know how to move a tag." She goes "Did I say that?" in a smart tone and I said no but that's what you're implying. Let alone all this but there were customers there and I blatantly feel like she was trying to act like I couldn't afford it/ or just straight up embarrass me in front of others. She then refunded me without saying anything and I still tried to be respectful as I said "Thank you," with a smile where she proceeded to give me the deadliest stare I've ever been given from a person at a store. Such a shame because I had a good experience last week although I will NEVER go back as I am still in shock that people treat people like that. Sad because I love cute little stores but that was enough to never want to go in again.
