This is truly an outstanding bike shop. The customer service was extraordinary. I purchased the Model E and so impressed with the quality and features on this model. For the price this model is heads and tails above any competitor at same price point that I researched.

I first started on their website and was very impressed with their selection and customization of colors and accessories. I didn't want to wait so I called to see if they had the bike I wanted in stock and they did. Kyle answered the phone and was super helpful. He was very informative and I did not feel rushed. He patiently answered all my questions and because his customer service was great I pulled the trigger on my first e-bike (Valentines gift for Wifey). I went to the store today, he went over everything patiently and helped me load the bike into my truck. I took the bike for spin and it is amazing. I didn't want the upgrades at first but I am glad that I got the upgrades, the bike looks amazing and feels amazing. Everyone at the shop was kind and I did not feel like I do sometimes at high end bike shop. This place is for everyone (young, old, experienced, and novice)! Thanks Kyle for your great service!

Love my new bike - it rides like a dream...Such a smooth ride. These bikes are built not only for comfort but are built extremely solid. You know you have quality under you when riding. Customer service is the absolute best, one of my top reasons I bought from EBC. Blake, Bella & Nick at the HB showroom were super helpful, knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Spotless sales center, easy to get to, easy to park. The total experience was awesome. Mahalo & lots of Aloha to you all....J

My girlfriend and I went on vacation to SoCal and went to visit EBC in Huntington Beach location and test drove the bikes on July 5th. The staff was friendly and helpful. We decided to purchase 2 bikes Model X & Model Y on that day. They told us it would take about 6-8 weeks to build and we were a little disappointed because we wanted to ride them in the summer in Colorado before winter comes. But we thought will would be ok because we would get the bikes by end of August and still have a few good months to use the bikes. Well as I am writing this, it September 22nd and we have not received our bikes yet and they have never contact us to tell us what is going on and why is it so late. It has now been 12 weeks. I finally called them and they say it will probably ship out this week. If they would of even contact us to let us know why it is delayed that would of been great but never got that call. We are very disappointed. The bikes are very expensive and we hope to get our bikes soon but still waiting.
