The moment you set foot in one of our Amazing Lash Studio in Huntington Beach, CA, you know you are in the right place. Our contemporary studio designs welcome you with a bright, comfortable lobby where you will complete some initial documentation to help your stylist customize your style. You will be greeted by your licensed lash stylist and escorted to your private suite. That’s right, a private suite so you can relax and unwind while our stylists do their magic. Your stylist will review your documentation and discuss the look you are seeking. Together you will review the proprietary lash styles and determine the length and thickness of your lashes. Next, you get comfortable on our cushioned massage tables and the stylist begins their magic.

I placed my account on hold even though I called to cancel my account. The person I spoke to on the phone said, I would be receiving a phone call BEFORE the studio would charge my card. And the person also told me they would be emailing me a form to cancel my membership (I never received an email).
The studio CHARGED MY CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT and is now refusing to reverse the charge.
First of all, I never received a phone call before charging my card. Secondly, I never received an email.
I've already called my cc company to block all charges from this fraudulent place.
There are plenty of other studios in the area who offer better pricing and won't charge your cc without your consent.
Don't waste your time or money at this place. Go somewhere else. Michelle, the supervisor was rude and very unhelpful.
