Ordered a cowl hood for a mustang. Dosent fit. Huge dent. Tried to get refund. No response. Horrible horrible products and customer service

I purchased a product with was not what I had ordered. When I asked for a return, they dragged it out asking for various other things and refused to give me a refund. This has been going on for weeks.

Worst company. Sent us a defective hood. Will not refund or replace. They do not honor their product. Hood was split from top to bottom.

I recently purchased a spoiler kit from another site, a cheap one, that didn't fit my 1987 corvette, so I went to express aero, spending 1000.00, it doesn't fit, it's to small, they asked me to send pictures and videos, which I complied, on 3 different occasions, yet they still won't give me a refund, I've already lost out, since I paid to have part of it forcibly installed , side skirts are significantly short, as I pointed out to them in pictures they say that they still have to investigate, I believe that they are just stalling
