Thank you so much! I had an attorney that forced me into a case. She wanted a $22,000 DEPOSIT to go after a $29,000 case. She forced me to release her firm the day before labor day weekend. I had to enter a settlement conference brief by the following Friday.
All the attorneys I called either wouldn't return my call, or said it was to little time.
Desparate, I continued calling attorneys on the phone on Thursday and found Neumann Law Group.
The attorney took the time to talk me through the procedure, how to fill out the brief. What to expect and what are my rights. No of which I knew.
A notable statement made was" we don't like to go to litigation, we like to settlematters before that".
That's what you want to hear from an attorney.
