Dassel's Petroleum Inc.

Their business policies & pricing are not at all customer friendly. To be fair though the customer service folks that work in the field have been really helpful and friendly in past dealings with leaks and serving my tank.

We set up a payment plan with Dassels & they took out the whole balance out of our account without letting us know! Put us in a bind on finances & now we will cancel our payment plan & have them delete our banking information ASAP! Bad business!!!!! If we could change companies we would, but we are renters & unable to change!

We have been customers for decides. I can ALWAYS talk to a representive who is patient, considetate, knowledgeable and helpful. I am sorry that I probably won't have this kind of service at my new location out of state. Thank you Sharon, Renee, and all drivers!

Did you know that Dassel's does not refund the propane that was left in your tank? You already signed it, it is in English in small letters. I mean, if you are renting or selling your house, and you move to another house, your paid propane is already left in that tank. Trisha Rey Ocampo says that I have to charge the landlord, Dassel's no longer makes refunds. How am I going to charge the Landlord, if I didn't buy the propane from the Landlord. I paid Dassel's and I expect my refund from them...I'm looking for help, Trisha didn't solve my problem. When they give me a solution to my problem, I will remove this comment.
