        Like all the recent reviews said, this is an outdated place w/ no services(resort is a mis classification). The 1986 window air conditioning is randomly non functional at night that may leave your kidS freezing. In addition they have rude staff that wont help with anything and tell you everything is ok in your room. Such a bad stay experience, stay away if possible. Re: You even being emotional and talk back means a lot how you manage this place. The review from a week ago mentioned the 1986 heating doesnt work and you lied on the phone never heard about the heating issue from other customers. How funny!
