Damkar Harry

I contacted Harry about a traffic misdemeanor and he was kind enough to meet me near where I live to discuss the case. He was personable, seemed well-connected to the DA's office, and seemed interested in taking the case, so after our meeting I contacted him to get a retainer in place. He promised he would send the retainer documents that evening, but failed to do so. When I called him the next day, he apologized for not sending the docs and promised to do so so that night (again). Again, he did not. I called him again and found his voicemail box to be full, so assumedly I'm not the only client to be ignored.Days later, I called one last time and left a voicemail to see if he was at all interested in taking the case, but received nothing back until many weeks later, the week of my arraignment, when it was already too late to talk to the DA before the charges were filed (as was his suggested course of action).  Harry is personable, but apparently quite disorganized, and consequently I would have a very hard time trusting him with any case lest he gets swamped in other matters and neglects to act as promised. Look elsewhere for your representation!

Best attorney and VERY EFFECTIVE in general. Thank you Harry! Got a dui in San Benito county. After searching for dui attorney in hollister Yelp gave me Harry as my number one candidate. I trust yelp algorithms religiously. Dude was the only one who offered me a in person consultation during peak 2020 Covid outbreak when no one else one. His hospitality was superb and I love his homely couch and his super "  dad listening to his innocent child no judgment what so ever" demeanor. Thank you pops. He is a staple and a honorable figure in San Benito county. Thank you for making Hollister such a thriving community. Hats off to you. My dui charges dismissed as internationally promised through pre trial diversion only accesible though attorney. The San Benito county court system was very fair and very empathetic. Big kiddos to Lauray Guierrez in probation. And crystal it was always a pleasure seeing you. Your awesome. Overall, Harry has made the experience in San Benito county an extremely positive one. Thank you again Harry! It was a pleasure. And yelp you were right! Oh yeah. He was way cheaper than everybody else. Win win

Mr. Damkar is intelligent and insightful and has much to offer by way of legal services.  He is more than capable of winning cases, has won a number of cases as one of the BEST District Attorneys this community has ever seen--let's not forget that he helped put away some of the worst predators in San Benito County's history.  It seems to me like Hallie G. is likely a difficult, impossible-to-please client who expects miracles and is unrealistic about the facts of her case.  I don't believe that Mr. Damkar deserved such an unreasonable and negative review on this forum.

Horrible....paying for his services is like throwing your money away.  He can't even manage to win the simplest, cut and dried cases.  I really can't believe that this loser was the District Attorney.
