        I called at 9:49 to reserve a pick up vs. making one online, only to be called an hour later to tell me she didnt save my reservation because it got busy and she gave the pickup I reserved away. Then she tried to convince me to go to another location 2 miles away. My question is, what was she doing while taking my information when I called, pretending to work? Not only that, but her customer service is terrible, she wouldnt even let me finish spelling my name before she interrupted me several times.

        They had my vehicle ready and waiting. My reservation was held for me. Not like one of the other car rental places. It wouldn't matter if I had a reservation or not they never were ready when I showed up whether I was late or early. Here, they treat me like the valuable customer that I am. I'm here to spend MY money on a service that you provide then you better serve your customers. And these guys do. I will bring them my business again... and again. They got me for life
