Erika was the seller of the house we bought. I just want say she was unprofessional and rude after we closed escrow. We were first time home buyers and didn't know alot about the process and she seem nice and her client and we worked with them and they ask if they can get more days after escrow closes because she was older & in process of buying a house which was a lie. So we agreed since we wanted to help and understood and that was the wrong mistake we did! Erika and her client just made the whole experience for me and my fiance horrible and took advantage of are kindness. She almost let her client squat in are house. Once it was the day to finally go in are house she showed up before are realtor and open the door and ruined the whole experience and said im glad she left almost thought she wasn't like it was a joke. She let her client leave a mess and all her stuff in the garage and sun room had trash boxes and outside and didnt see it as a problem was upset after she had come back and clean it up. Rude about it! Erika so unprofessional if you see her selling a house run she will let her clients get away with everything and ruin your whole process of buying a house and let people almost stay in the house I would not trust her.

Stefanie Angel and her team her extraordinary! They helped me every step of the way as a first time home buyer and were patient with all the questions I had! 1st time homeowner here my husband and I were extremely excited to be able to purchase our 1st home which we did using one of the agents at this group. Not even 1 month of purchasing the home the roof of the house we had inspected 3x was leaking and now fast forward to today the whole roof came off. My husband and I entrusted this process to "professionals" we feel completely blindsided and not being educated on what is a good home to purchase buying a home is not a small purchase we wish we were told the truth about this home we purchased as we also got some outside information from surrounding neighbors about this house we purchased. So, in short do your due diligence when picking an agent someone who has your back and has your best interests at heart.
