My main water service line coming to my home was leaking, and of the three companies I called, they were the most responsive and quickest to respond and deal with the issue. They were a reference from Hesperia Chamber, and I was quite happy with the results. Thanks again!

Michelle was amazing on the phone with great customer service!! I called late Saturday and she said she could have someone there first thing Monday morning. I scheduled the appointment for Friday because I couldnt be home due to work and actually stayed home Monday and she was able to reschedule and send a service technician over the same day!! Joesph came over and was very helpful and easy to work with. We agreed on what needed to be done and he got it done. He cleaned everything up and told us about the warranty and then headed out!! I called Michelle about a TMP valve their plumber installed a few days earlier. She is a fabulous lady who is competent, an excellent communicator & has a wonderful capacity for getting things done. She mentioned Joe would be out between 1p & 3p, which was fine. He arrived and I explained that the new valve he installed stuck out farther than the old one. Plus it bowed-out the drain pipe to which it was installed. It destroyed both the aesthetics and symmetry of the original setup. Joe was not concerned about any of that but did submit that "he was the best there is, & he guaranteed it." He was getting a bit testy & I could see that further conversation would be useless. The discussion was terminated. I'm sure you can see what's coming. I'll probably have to hire & pay a new plumber to correct this situation. In the below pics you can see how nicely the original TMP valve and drain pipe line-up. The next two illumine the new install. The valve (not the correct one) & drain pipe stick out from the water heater - ouch, not attractive or symmetrical. I next heard from Victor, the owner, and he was just as adamant as his employee.  Even though the work is 100% guaranteed neither party wanted to do anything to resolve this issue.  Thankfully, the California Small Claims Court is still a dependable source for seeking remedy.
