As for myself and my wife who are first time home buyers, I would have to say this whole process of purchasing a home was extremely nerve-racking that had me skeptical at first and very hesitant on proceeding with this ideal of owning a home, but once we met Michael Vedder who is a very knowledgeable and passionate person, things became less stressful and more comfortable for us especially myself. Michael was very attentive to any questions we had, he was very patient and helpful which made us more comfortable and aware of what to expect when purchasing a home. He was upfront with everything, never left us in dark. He walked us through every step to ensure we were comfortable and that we fully understood what was going on.
